Pricing and Payments

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling. All our online payments are made through a third party NoChex Ltd. We do not have access to your credit card details.

Returns Policy and Guarantee

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

If you have purchased the Goods as a consumer, an order for Goods may be cancelled by notice in writing sent within the first 14 working days of your order beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

We will then provide a full product refund including VAT within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s). You are responsible for ensuring that goods returned must be received in 'as new' condition with all seals intact.

If you wish to return the goods under Guarantee, please enclose a copy of the invoice and we will replace the goods within 14 days.

Carriage costs for dispatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility (Except if under gurantee)

Delivery Information

Goods will usually be despatched within one week by a carrier. Actual delivery times will depend upon the carrier or its agents.
